At Arctic Warriors, we not only stand behind the quality and performance of our ice bath & water chillers but also prioritize your peace of mind through our 100-day Trial and 1-Year Warranty programs.

100-Day Trial

We're confident in the transformative experience our ice bath chillers provide, which is why we offer a 100-day trial with every purchase (unlike other companies). From the day you receive your product, you have the freedom to fully explore the benefits it brings to your recovery and wellness routines. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, you're entitled to a full refund.

We're confident in the transformative experience our ice bath chillers provide, which is why we offer a 100-day trial with every purchase. Unlike other companies who charge 15-30% restocking fees, we currently don't charge any restocking fees for returns and exchanges.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team within 100 days of receipt to start the return process. Please provide your order number and explain the reason for the return, including photo/video materials, if you need to report an issue with the product. Our team will swiftly respond. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!

  2. All returns must include a valid RMA. To obtain your RMA and generate a return label, please contact our Customer Support for Assistance. 

    Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to our return center. You may pre-pay for a label using the return center below, or you can ship your return using the carrier of your choice (we recommend this option, as it gives you full control over the return costs and carrier choice).

  3. Return Condition:In order to be eligible for returns, items must:

    • Be in new, undamaged condition without visible signs of use
    • Include all original components, packaging and tags
  4. Return Shipping: All return shipping costs are customer responsibility.
    Returns that are not approved by our staff and do not have a valid RMA will not be accepted, so please do not send us products back without first communicating it and completing the return initiation process described in this policy.

For items that arrive to you in less than perfect condition, we will send you replacement pieces or in the case of a defective unit - a whole unit, at no cost to you. To help us assess the issue, please submit details and photographs of the item and the packaging.

Refund processing time: Up to 7 business days after we receive the returned item. You will be notified immediately once the refund is issued, but please note that the time it takes for you to receive your funds depends on your payment processor.

All refunds requested after placing your order are subject to a 5% cancellation fee (8% if processed via TrueMed and 9% if processed by Affirm), which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee is due to payment provider fees and taxes on the transaction.

We strive to make returns as hassle-free as possible, offering guidance every step of the way.

Water Chiller Returns:We kindly ask that you clean and wipe the water chiller to ensure it is in proper & dry condition before returning. You will be responsible for the shipping fee for the return to our NY address. For chillers that have functional issues under our warranty, we will issue a replacement unit.

Ice Bath Product Returns:Due to hygiene reasons, all ice bath products are not eligible for returns once opened. Please make sure that the ice bath product is not used & in it's original packaging before returning it, otherwise we won't be able to accept it. To ensure your satisfaction we always offer a free replacement in any case of any ice bath functional damage. 

If you wish to initiate a return and refund for a bundle product (water chiller + ice bath) and have extensively used the ice bath, you will only be refunded the amount corresponding to the chiller price at the time of your purchase.

Promotional Cold Plunge Bundle Returns (Ice Bath + Chiller Combos):As stated above, once opened and used, the ice bath products are not eligible for a return. This means you will need to return only the water chiller, and you will receive a refund for the amount paid, excluding the original price of any used ice bath products that are not suitable for return.

Final Sale Items: All Maintenance Kits (including Sirona Products) sales are final and they can not be returned. 


Product Arrived Damaged?

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged, please report the issue within 24 to 48 hours from the time of delivery. We are dedicated to swiftly resolving this issue by arranging a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction remains our top priority.

Note Regarding Accessories and Wears

Accessories and wears can be returned as well. If these items arrive damaged, please reach out to us. Same conditions as main products mentioned above apply.

Our customer support team will do everything to communicate with you effectively and try to solve any issues you might have with your shopping experience or product use.
