This guide explains how to improve WiFi stability and maintain a reliable connection.

1. Keep the Chiller Within Router Range

Your chiller must be within reliable WiFi range to maintain a stable connection.

For best results

  • place the chiller within 30 to 50 feet of the router
  • reduce the number of walls between the router and the chiller
  • avoid placing the chiller too far from the WiFi source

2. Use a 2.4 GHz WiFi Network

The chiller supports 2.4 GHz WiFi only.

Make sure

  • your router broadcasts a 2.4 GHz network
  • your phone is connected to the same 2.4 GHz network during setup
