Delivery Timelines for the USA and Canada

Shipping is 100% Free for orders over $100 USD. Free shipping is automatically applied for qualifying orders.

We are dedicated to ensuring the swift delivery of your ice bath chillers and accessories. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.

For deliveries within the USA and Canada, you can expect your items to arrive within 7 to 14 business days from the dispatch date.

Each order is sent using Tracked & Insured, eco-friendly shipping lines.

Shipping Process

To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your order, water chillers, ice baths, and accessories are dispatched in separate packages. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, allowing you to monitor your order's journey through our "Track Your Order" feature. Keep in mind, shipping times refer to business days.

Delivery Address Responsibility

It is crucial that you provide an accurate delivery address at checkout. Once an order is in transit, changes to the delivery address are not possible. We do not ship to PO boxes, and orders addressed to such will not be eligible for refunds in case of delivery failure.

Shipping Delays

While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen delays (such as delayed flights or customs inspections) may occur, affecting less than 1% of shipments. We appreciate your patience in these rare instances.
