Lost packages

At Arctic Warriors Cold Plunge Therapy, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected], via the chat option on the site or via direct phone call: (386) 388-6867 ,with your order number and any relevant details. We will make sure to find your package and keep you updated. 

If a package is lost, we will send you a replacement, free of charge. Please be patient, as we communicate with the shipping companies that handle the fulfillment for us.

Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at our given email, chat or phone ((386) 388-6867 ) within 48 of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a free replacement or issue a refund.
