Your Arctic Warriors chiller can be controlled using the Smart Life App, allowing you to adjust temperature, monitor operation, set timers, and manage ozone settings. This guide walks you through the correct setup process to connect your chiller to the app successfully.

This setup is based on the official instructions and applies to 1 HP and 1.5 HP chillers.

Before You Start

Before connecting, make sure the following requirements are met:

  • A 2.4 GHz WiFi network is available
  • Your smartphone is connected to the same 2.4 GHz network
  • Bluetooth is turned ON on your phone
  • Location Services are turned ON on your phone
  • The chiller is powered on and close to your phone

The chiller does not support 5 GHz WiFi networks.

1. Download the Smart Life App

Download the Smart Life App from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Once installed

  • open the app
  • create an account or log in
  • allow requested permissions during setup

Bluetooth and Location are required only during setup and can be disabled later.

2. Place Your Phone Close to the Chiller

For the best connection

  • stand close to the chiller
  • avoid walls or long distances
  • keep other wireless devices away

Being too far away during setup can cause pairing to fail.

3. Put the Chiller Into WiFi Pairing Mode

To connect the chiller to the app, it must be in pairing mode.

Steps

  1. Turn the chiller ON
  2. Press the WiFi button on the control panel
  3. Wait until the WiFi indicator starts blinking

A blinking indicator means the unit is ready to pair.
If the light is solid or off, press the WiFi button again.

4. Add the Device in the Smart Life App

In the Smart Life App

  1. Tap Add Device
  2. Allow the app to scan for nearby devices
  3. Select the detected Ice Bath Chiller
  4. Enter your 2.4 GHz WiFi password
  5. Confirm and wait for the connection to complete

Do not close the app during setup.

5. Complete the Connection

Once connected

  • the chiller will appear in your device list
  • the WiFi indicator will stop blinking
  • you can control temperature, modes, ozone, and timers

If the app confirms successful pairing, setup is complete.

6. If the Device Is Not Found

If the app does not detect the chiller

  • confirm Bluetooth and Location are enabled
  • confirm your phone is on a 2.4 GHz network
  • move closer to the chiller
  • re enter pairing mode by pressing the WiFi button again

Then retry the setup process.

7. Avoid Using Mobile Hotspots

Mobile hotspots are not recommended for setup or long term use.

For best results

  • use a home WiFi router
  • ensure stable signal strength
  • avoid public or temporary networks

Unstable networks may cause disconnections.

  • the WiFi indicator never blinks
  • the app cannot detect the chiller
  • setup fails repeatedly
  • the connection drops immediately after pairing
